Change was a highly influential Italian-American black music group in the 1980s; it was founded in 1979 by Jacques Fred Petrus and Mauro Malavasi, and was one of the leading figures in the disco music scene of the time. Their sound was characterized by funky rhythms, powerful bass and soulful vocals.

Firefly is Italian Soul - dance group, created in 1979, by producer Maurizio Sangineto (Sangy), who released the single "Do it Dancin'".
Later Sangy used the collaboration of Maurizio Cavalieri, together they released 4 albums.

The B.B. & Q. Band (The Brooklyn, Bronx & Queens Band) was an American Soul Funk music group created by Jacques Fred Petrus and Mauro Malavasi.

High Fashion was an American Soul Funk music group created by Jacques Fred Petrus and Mauro Malavasi, consisting of three members, Eric McClinton, Alyson Williams, Meli'sa Morgan replaced on the 2nd album by Marcella Allen.

Flowchart is 1980s soul/funk group with Italian-American studio musicians, produced and arranged by Fio Zanotti and Romano Trevisani released the album, in 1983 "The New Harlem Funk" and the single "A Little Love A Little Wine."

Armed Gang, early 1980s Italian-synth-funk crossover group formed in Vicenza by producer Maurizio Sangineto (Sangy) and vocalists Joe Bunch, Kenny Claiborne and James Otis White Jr.

Zinc was not a real group, but another studio creation made by Jacques Fred Petrus and Mauro Malavasi. The studio concept consisted of American and Italian musicians led by producer/arranger Malavasi. Singer Gordon Grody was the leader of Zinc.

Dr. Togo, with the single "Be Free," was a 1982 project created by Dee Jay and producer Leonardo Re Cecconi, and Luigi Figini, with Glen White on vocals.

Game is 1980s soul/funk group with Italian-American studio musicians, produced and arranged by Fio Zanotti and Romano Trevisani released the album, in 1982 "Gotta Take Your Love," featuring American singer Charlie Cannon on vocals.
